Logistics and booking terms

Visa notes: Schengen short-stay entry, passport with at least 6 months validity beyond return. We issue the accommodation confirmation and insurance certificate for the consulate. Allow 4 to 6 weeks of processing time before the departure date on your tour.
Insurance requirement: Medical cover of at least EUR 30,000, including repatriation, is compulsory and must be sent to info@zexbly.com at least 7 days before departure. Group policies can be arranged with the deposit payment.
Meeting point: Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi station, main hall by the platform-side entrance, 120 minutes before the listed departure. A pre-trip briefing is held at 12 Shevchenko Boulevard, Office 304, Kyiv, 01032, one week earlier.
Deposit: EUR 60 per seat confirms your place and closes your dorm bed at the group rate. The remaining balance is due 21 days before departure and can be split into two equal payments.
Refund window: Full refund up to 21 days before departure. 50% between 20 and 8 days. No refund inside 7 days, though the seat can be transferred to another eligible student once.
Operator licence: Registered tour operator, EDRPOU 87416723. Legal entity: LLC zexbly.com, 12 Shevchenko Boulevard, Office 304, Kyiv, 01032, Ukraine. Groups are capped at 12 students per tour.

Student groups

Twelve beds, one departure, one coordinator on the bus

Every trip listed in the route index caps at 12 students. One coordinator travels with the group, holds the hostel keys and the intercity tickets, and keeps the boarding list at the door of each bus. Seats fill from the front, so the group stays together at every border crossing.
